UPDATE: I think we´re set for Berlin. Through our good friends at Rabers in San Jose, we were put in touch with a vintage moto enthusiast (and Rabers customer) living in Berlin. Assuming everything works out, we should be staying with him. Thanks to everyone for their help!
We weren’t originally planning on going through Berlin, but more than a few people have suggested that we make it a stop. We don’t currently have any connections in Berlin, so we thought we’d see if anyone is in Berlin, or might have a friend who’d be willing to let us stay for a day or two.
Right now, if we were to visit Berlin, it would probably be from November 12th to November 15th, but that’s definitely flexible.
So far we’ve stayed with friends-of-friends in London and Paris and things went fantastically. We’d be more than happy to provide references if that would help. 😀

My friend lived in Berlin a while back, unfortunately she no longer has contacts there but for whatever it’s worth, she suggested Prenzlauerberg as an area to visit.
Thanks for the try Anne!
Hello, I am here at your blog because of a facebook message sent by Christine Wong Yap, a mutual friend. As for the Berlin help, I think you guys can stay in the extra room in our house during that time. There are occasionally artists passing through and staying there but it is clear as of right now. The Berlin Office web site has some reservation stuff if you want to go through official channels. Anyhow enjoy your journeys, see you around,
Travis
Hey Guys!
If you aren’t able to find anything for Berlin, I have two friends currently residing there. I’m not sure what their living situations are like…but even if you cant stay with them they’ll probably know someone who has more room. I think you’d especially like my friend Kim, she’s a super-cool musician 🙂
